Attorneys provide clients with a link to the online questionnaire. Clients can complete it at their convenience on any device—no downloads or logins required. If you want to finish your form later, select “Save” and enter your email where a link will be sent to complete the form at another time. Once submitted, the information is immediately sent to the attorney in PDF form.

Yes! Case Builder is designed to work seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones, so clients can complete their intake forms whenever and wherever it’s convenient for them.

It depends on the complexity of the case, but most clients complete it in 15–30 minutes. Because the form adapts to their responses, they won’t waste time answering irrelevant questions.

Once a client submits their responses, the attorney immediately receives the completed questionnaire via email. There’s no need to log in to a separate system—it’s all sent directly to your inbox. All completed questionnaires are sent as a PDF, making it easy to review, store, or print as needed.

Right now, Case Builder sends the completed PDF to the primary attorney’s email. If you need multiple recipients, a simple email forwarding rule can help distribute the intake form within your firm.

Only the designated recipient receives the completed intake form, which is password protected. To safeguard privacy and reduce risk exposure, xBrezzo securely and permanently purges all submissions after 30 days.

Case Builder operates on a simple, pay-per-use pricing model, so you only pay for the intake forms you need—no long-term commitments or unnecessary overhead. You purchase a package of intake forms and can share the link with clients as often as you like. You only use one of your purchased forms when a client completes it and it’s delivered to you.
